Based on this pure fact, we develop curated, natural, clean candles in Haus 34 Project. Combining exclusively developed fragrance oils with a perfect balance of soy wax & beeswax and custom treated cotton wicks, each and every candle is hand-poured by a large team of artisans in our Istanbul-based atelier for you.

Marble Main Body can be washed gently with just water.

Candle holder cup should only be cleaned with copper cleaning products, avoiding the use of any other chemicals.
- Specially produced scented candles are health-approved, certified and natural.
Candle Care
Following Candle Care helps to ensure product quality + longevity. We highly recommend following each of the following steps:
- Trim your candle's wick to 1/4" before each lighting or once your candle has cooled.
- Never attempt to trim a burning candle.
- Discard the snipped portion in the trash; never leave wick trimmings in your candle jar.
- The wick should always remain centered and away from the sides of the vessel.
- Allow the wax to melt to the edges of the jar during each burn to prevent tunneling.
- Once the candle's gone, we hope you'll re-use it. Clean it out and you've got a new planter or pencil holder – or whatever you want!
Safety first - because candles contain a small flame, we encourage following these common sense rules of thumb:
- Never leave a candle burning unattended, near a draft, or in reach of children or pets.
- Don't burn your candle for more than 4 hours at a time.
- Do not allow your wick to curl over, as this can create a larger than normal flame.
- Stop burning your candle when only 1/4" of wax remains.
- Do not pick up a burning candle or immediately after it's been blown out.
- Protect the surface underneath the candle no matter the material.

Since our products are handcrafted for you, the average delivery time is 5 working days.
When receiving the product from the cargo, make sure to check it and if the product is damaged, please do not receive the product.
If the product/products you have purchased do not meet your expectations for any reason, you can return them. You can apply for a refund by contacting us within 14 days from the delivery date of your order.
After you have made your application, you can send the product/products you want to return to us with your courier code.
Unfortunately, the return of used or damaged products or products cannot be accepted.
When your refund process is complete, your payment amount will be credited back to your credit card or bank account. The reflection time of your refund amount in your account may vary depending on your bank.
